The SBC Pastors’ Conference is a time when pastors and church leaders from across the country gather together for worship, preaching, and encouragement from God’s Word. The 2026 conference in Orlando, Fla., will be a unique opportunity to grow in fellowship and unity as we prepare for the SBC Annual Meeting.

New for 2026 – Micro-Conferences

In addition to the regular pastors’ conference content and in the spirit of this year’s theme—Together—we are introducing micro-conferences on Monday, June 8 at the Orange County Convention Center. These focused gatherings are designed to encourage, equip, and connect ministry leaders in specific areas of service—all at no cost to attend.

Whether you serve in discipleship, worship, student ministry, or children’s ministry, there is a micro-conference designed for you. We encourage you to bring your entire staff so every area of ministry in your church can be strengthened.

Together, your team will return home better equipped to serve Christ and His church.

Worship Micro-Conference by SBC Worship

  • Date: Monday, June 8
  • Times: 9–11 a.m. & 2–4 p.m.
    A day of equipping and encouragement for worship ministers, lay leaders, and volunteers. Featuring Shane & Shane, Robbie Seay, The Worship Initiative team, and more. Also includes your choice of 10 worship-focused breakout sessions.

Discipleship Micro-Conference by Lifeway

  • Date: Monday, June 8
  • Times: 9–11 a.m. & 2–4 p.m.
    This event is designed for all ministry leaders who want to develop a clear, actionable strategy for discipleship in their churches. You’ll learn from thought leaders on stage and engage in meaningful conversations with peers from around the SBC. In a world of changing technology, apathy, and busyness, discipleship remains a mandate given to us by God.

Student Ministry Micro-Conference by Student Leadership University

  • Date: Monday, June 8
  • Time: 9–11 a.m.
    Spend the morning with SLU and hear from pastors, Next Gen leaders, and influential practitioners, as they address key ideas, pressures, and cultural shifts that are shaping Gen Z and Gen Alpha. This micro-conference is designed to help leaders think clearly, lead faithfully, and minister confidently in a rapidly changing world.
